Terms

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms apply when you use this website. Please read them; by using the site you accept them.

Who runs this site

This site is run by Channon Coaching Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 13446848. Registered office: Channon Studios, The Limes, Cobden Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 3UB. Email: mark@achieve-with.me.

Booking training

Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept online, and nothing is booked through it. After we have talked, we send a written proposal. A booking is confirmed only when you accept that proposal in writing. The proposal sets out the price, payment terms, cancellation and rescheduling, group size and, if you choose it, the optional five-day Tiny Habits follow-up. The proposal’s terms then govern the work.
